Position: CEO, IntelliSense Lab, Kazakhstan

Overview
The role will lead IntelliSense Lab, the Joint venture between IntelliSense.io UK and Tech Garden, Government of Kazakhstan. Focus of the role will be to successfully execute the IntelliSense Lab business plan which has two key focus points:

(a) Deliver on the national program of digitization of industrial sites to achieve increased productivity and efficiency for five sectors of Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing and Logistics through the creation of seven model factories.

(b) Build a local ecosystem to support industrial digitization of key industrial sectors of Kazakhstan, increasing Industry 4.0 skill levels, technology & solutions development, economic activity .

The role will report to the IntelliSense.io CEO and the Joint Venture Board.

Responsibility:

Lead Closing business with Industrial sites:
● Present the JV technology and applications to Operations in target industries
● Structure deals for Annual Subscription & Implementation Revenues of Product editions
● Present the Lab Solutions to all stakeholders in Kazakhstan (Industrial Sites, Government departments and Prospective employees)

Lead Sales and Project Delivery Operations:

● Proposal Generation (Technical and Commercial)
● Sales Meetings
● Sales: New Partnerships to expand Applications portfolio
● Project Delivery (to budget, quality and timelines)
● ROI & Financial Models per application

Country P&L & Building the country team:

● Responsible for revenue and country expenses
● Building up the local team to deliver the annual P&L
● Ensuring annual subscription revenues are managed with 0 Churn *

Key Performance Indicators:

Quantitative:

● Quarterly and Annual revenue numbers
● Annual subscription
● Managing cost budget to plan
● Delivery of the national platform as per the agreed JV business plan

Qualitative:

● Customer satisfaction and Zero Churn *

* Churn = Customers don’t renew or convert from implementation to annual subscription
